Phillips will be in charge of 3.4 billion in Gates monies.
Doing the math...
So, using history as a guide and noting that she blew 20% of the Ockley grant, we might expect her to blow in the neighborhood of $680 million at Gates. That's well over a full year of funding for PPS.
I always knew she was bound for bigger things. Imagine her as Secretary of Education in a Clinton cabinet.
