If things continue as they have been going, the current superintendent and school board can do a lot of long-term damage before school board elections next spring.

Data, logic, and what is best for students just doesn't seem to matter much to some board members. And their oversight of the current PPS administration is pathetically inadequate.

Does anyone know what the process is for recalling a board member, or where that information would be found? Also, does anyone know if a PPS board member has been recalled in the past?

If anyone knows students or parents from Roosevelt, Madison or Marshall who have opinions about the "small school reforms" at those schools, please ask them to contact me at npdxparent@yahoo.com
